The effect of a number of biological active substances such as humic substances (HS) from medicinal mud of Lake Gurvan Nuur, silver-nanocomposite (NC) on the basis of HS, plant hormones, as krezatsin and heteroauxin at concentrations of 4 • 10-3 - 4 • 10- 18 % were studied on seed germination of wheat sort “Selenge”. The results show that the HS at concentrations 4•10-5-4•10-11%, NC at 4•10-5 - 4•10-10%; heteroauxin at 4•10-3 - 4•10-11%; krezatsin at 4•10-8 - 4•10-11% contribute to better seed germination of wheat seeds (the number and the length of the main roots, coleoptile and primary leafs). However, the concentrations of HS 4•10-4 - 4 • 10-6, 4•10-12 - 4•10-17%; NC 4•10-4 - 4•10 -6 , 4•10-11 - 4•10-15%; heteroauxin 4•10-5, 4•10-12, 4•10-11%, 4•10-14-4•10-16%; and krezatsin 4·10-6 - 4·10-6, 4·10-13 - 4·10-16 % show on inhibiting effect on germination.
The data obtained suggest that the studied biological active substances are effective stimulators of plant growth both at low and ultra-low doses.
