Mongolia’s Soft Power policy: Selected Issues of History and Tradition

Abstract

This article provides a concise analysis of the concept, significance, origins, and historical evolution of soft power policy, as well as its current state, prospects, and prevailing trends. It also examines the role played and contributions made by the Mongolian state in the development and implementation of this policy. The authors analyze the interrelationship between Mongolia’s traditional “Golden Bridle Policy” and modern soft power policy, identifying their similarities and differences. The article further argues that the social and spiritual foundations of soft power policy lie in a country’s sustainable economic, social, and cultural development, as well as in citizens’ patriotism, civic education, and active engagement in public life. The scholarly novelty of the article lies in articulating these conceptual linkages and foundations in a systematic manner.

Монголын төрийн зөөлөн хүчний бодлого: Түүх, уламжлалын зарим асуудал

Өгүүлэлд Зөөлөн хүчний бодлого”-ын утга учир, ач холбогдол, үүсэл, төлөвшлийн түүх, өнөөгийн байдал төлөв, хандлага, энэхүү бодлого үйл ажиллагаанд Монголын төр улсын гүйцэтгэсэн үүрэг,оруулсан хувь нэмрийн тухай товч өгүүлсэн болно. Зохиогчид Монгол төрийн “Алтан аргамжийн бодлого”, “Зөөлөн хүчний бодлого”-ын уялдаа холбоо, ижил төсөөтэй болон ялгаа, түүнчлэн зөөлөн хүчний бодлогын нийгмийн болон оюун санааны үндэс нь улс орны эдийн засаг, нийгэм, соёлын тогтвортой хөгжил, иргэдийн эх оронч үзэл, хүмүүжил, амьдралын идэвхтэй байр суурь болохыг тодорхойлсонд өгүүллийн шинэлэг тал нь болно гэж үзэж байна.
