Author Biography

L Hashbat

Ludevdorjiin HASHBAT, graduated from Moscow Institute of International Relations and Diplomatic Academy. Holds a Russian academic degree (Candidate of Science) from the above Institute. Specializes in international legal affairs with emphasis on recognition of states and related issues. Participated in the elaboration of some multilateral instruments such as Vienna Conventions on the Law of Treaty and Representation of States in International Organizations. Articles including “Mongolia’s international recognition”. ‘“Soviet- Mongolian treaty relations”’, “Asian-Pacific security issues” and etc. Currently, he is Senior Adviser, IAMS Secretariat, and Ulaanbaatar.
