Author Biography

M Dugersuren

Mangalyn DUGERSUREN, was born in 1922, Bayanhongor aimag, Mongolia. He is graduated the Moscow Institute of International Relations. Entered the Foreign Service, 1951. Ambassador to India, 1958-1962. Minister for Foreign Affairs 1963-1968, 1976-1988. Permanent Representative to UN 1968- 1972, 1988-1991 Representative to the Conference (Committee) on Disarmament 1969-1976. Since 1991 retired Ambassador. Since 1993 expert in the National Security Council, Mongolia.
